Cancellation policy

InChek offers three recurring subscription plans and one one-time purchase option:

• Monthly — billed every month
• 6-Month — billed every 6 months
• Annual — billed every 12 months
• Lifetime — a single one-time payment, no recurring billing, access never expires

Automatic renewal

Monthly, 6-Month, and Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file, until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime from your account, or by emailing info@inchek.ca. Cancelling stops future billing — you'll keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and won't be charged again after that.

Switching plans

To switch between plans, cancel your current plan and subscribe to the new one. Contact us if you'd like help timing the switch.
