These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InChek and the lessons, content, and features we provide (the "Service"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

InChek provides daily language-learning lessons, personalized by a custom model powered by Claude, delivered by email and through a hosted lesson page, along with related feedback and progress tracking.

Accounts and eligibility

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account details secure. The Service is intended for adult learners; if you are a parent or guardian purchasing on behalf of a minor, you are responsible for that decision.

Subscriptions and billing

Monthly, 6-Month, and Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing. See our Refund Policy and Subscription Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Acceptable use

Please use the Service honestly. Submitting your own work for grading, rather than using external tools to complete lessons for you, is what makes the feedback meaningful. We may suspend accounts that abuse or attempt to circumvent the Service.

Intellectual property

All lesson content, curriculum design, and materials are owned by InChek or its licensors. You may use them for your personal learning only, not for redistribution or resale.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We aim for high-quality, accurate feedback, but language-learning outcomes vary by learner and we can't guarantee specific results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, InChek isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date.
